WELCOME TO BEACON HILLS

Beacon Hills is a small town in the Northern part of California. It was once a thriving town that has fallen into disrepair. It is also, currently, the scene of a supernatural battle that has only just begun.

This is an AU Beacon Hills set during season 1 at this time. What's the same? Most things in this verse are set in Beacon Hills. All of the events up until the first episode are the same except one thing. It was Laura who was left a charred mess in the basement after trying to save her family, and Peter that took Derek from Beacon Hills before they were found by the hunters.

Now, six years later, things are going dark in the town. Someone has been killing people, and the power of the family is in turmoil.

Laura is pretty much where Peter was. Angry. Violent. Looking to take revenge on those that took her life from her. What do we already know about this verse?

* Peter and Derek were alive when Laura woke up
* Kate still seduced Derek to get the information about the pack
* Laura, in seeking to restart her pack, has bitten both Scott... and Stiles
* Laura is the Hale alpha


Is Peter alive or dead? We don't know. Maybe Laura has been alpha this whole time, alive but unable to act on it. Is Cora in South America? Maybe. This is pretty open right now. If interested, let me know.

One eyebrow went up and he took a step forward. "Because girls leaving flowers on my doorstep usually matter to me."

"...You live here?" Allison watched him move before glancing at the remnants of the house and then back to him. The house was barely standing as it was and it didn't look like there was any sort of bedroom or...

Well much of anything but maybe he didn't have the money for something better. "That doesn't exactly look very safe. If you need a place to sleep, I can let you use my motel room."

And she'd go stay with Chris.

"My family lived here for generations, until it was burnt down. But that doesn't make it any less my home now as it was then."

He didn't need her charity, not sure who she even was but there was a familiar smell off her.

[stabilises]

Well, that actually made it a little less awkward.

"Oh, you're a Hale? I didn't think anyone was... going to be here, given the state it's in.

And I'm sorry about what happened to your family. I'm Allison, by the way, Allison Argent "

[grumpypuppy]

That actually... doesn't make Derek feel any better. The rest of his family had their ties to the Argents... but Derek's was the one that had been the cause of the tragedy.

He wants to cut into her, telling her how a little 'sorry' wasn't going to fix anything and she was better off running for the hills before Laura got back. There was a tiny part that wanted to rip her apart, revenge for what Kate had done. But he was better than that.

Barely.

"I don't really care who you are. This is private property." So much emotion behind a blank face of a man barely into his twenties.

[stabilises]

"I didn't see any signs and I didn't step foot into the house." Allison eyed him again before glancing back the way she'd come.

"And I'm not looking for a fight, either. I figured the house was abandoned.

Sorry for bothering you."

[grumpypuppy]

He took a deep breath, waiting for her to pass him before he spoke again. "I'll tell Laura you stopped by."

"I appreciate it." Allison stopped for a second, pulling out a piece of paper before she scribbled a number on it.

"Give her my number?"

[grumpypuppy]

He thought a moment, then held out his hand for it. "Sure." He waited a moment. "Just do us a favor - keep your aunt far from her. Far from here."

[trained_to_lead]

"...That's kind of out of my control." Allison eyed him for a long moment.

"What did my aunt do to you?"

[grumpypuppy]

"You should ask her." But the look in his eyes gives you the answer. It was anger, yes, but there was sadness. A very deep, painful sadness.

[stabilises]

"I can try, I guess. I haven't actually seen her since I was eight though." And the e-mail contact was usually random.

"Sorry for intruding again." And she headed back to her car to drive into town.
