Talks, trouble and tequila. Minus the tequila. - For Isaac
Life had turned upside down again. The last time it had brought him Isaac and Darcy. Now it had let him keep them. So long as that was the case, the rest he could work with. The house was beautiful, and familiar to Isaac, and they seemed to not be the only ones that came through whatever had happened.
Yet a change in residence didn't mean that Vex knew he and Isaac still had a talk to finish. One where, yeah, Isaac swore he loved him and his past didn't change that, but Vex had seen the look in his puppy's eyes, and he knew they needed to talk. More.
And maybe he needed to feed, but he would let them get through talking first. He needed to talk about it all with Isaac and make sure it really was okay.
So he grabbed a couple of beers out of the fridge and sought out Isaac.

"Yeah, bastard kept trying to bust my eardrums," he admitted, rolling his eyes. Though he couldn't entirely deny that he likely deserved it. He had done a lot of things.

Yes, he's teasing, and yes, he shakes his head at Vex's comment. "Of course he did. What did you do to him?"

"It wasn't to him," he admitted, shrugging. "Not directly. He was a light fae working for the cops to watch over the fae. Then he was the Ash. Bastard was probably the best one they'd ever had."

He tilted his head slightly, and thoughtfully. "...So he was actually a Good Ash? I thought those didn't exist."

"They didn't to him, and the others were already trying to take him out," he admitted. "Which is why. They want a war. They want to keep light against dark, and fae against humans."
